Delivery
Delivery is available in all emirates. Delivery Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM . Delivery charges of AED 50 apply on orders below AED 200. Enjoy free delivery on purchases above AED 200.
All orders placed will be processed and delivered on the next day . We prioritize promptness and strive to fulfill every order efficiently to ensure our customers receive their desired items as quickly as possible. Store collection is available until 10 p.m.
Refused Deliveries
If a recipient refuses delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Return of product
We will not be accepting returns of products unless they are damaged or if the products were misdelivered.
For any refund, a processing fee of 2.9% of the transaction amount plus 1AED will be deducted before the refund is issued.
